1. Payment Structure:

2. Package Pricing:
   For students purchasing lesson packages, all lessons must be completed within six months from the date of purchase. After six months, any unused lessons will expire and cannot be carried over. This is due to the evolving nature of lesson content, pricing, and availability, which are subject to change periodically. If you are unable to take lessons within this time frame, you will need to purchase new lessons.

3. Lesson Scheduling:
   All lessons must be scheduled in advance using [platform or method of scheduling, e.g., a calendar, booking system]. Students are responsible for ensuring they are aware of their scheduled lessons and have confirmed bookings.

4. Late Payment:
   In the case of late payment, the lessons will be delayed until full payment is received. Any missed lessons due to delayed payment are the student’s responsibility.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   A full refund is available if the student requests it within 7 days of purchasing the lesson package and provides a valid reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds will be granted only under the following circumstances:

   • If the student is not satisfied with the lesson (must be a reasonable and specific reason).

   • If the coach (Eleyah) fails to attend the lesson without prior notice or legitimate cause.

   • If any fraudulent or scam activity occurs involving the coach or platform.

2. Refund Process:
   To request a refund, the student must provide a clear explanation of the reason and any supporting details within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed within [insert number of days, e.g., 7-10 business days] and will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Missed Lessons by Students:
   If a student misses a lesson without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, the lesson will be charged in full. This policy ensures the coach’s time is respected and the lesson slot is not wasted.

4. Missed Lessons by Coach (Eleyah):
   If the coach (Eleyah) misses a lesson without prior notice or legitimate cause, the student will receive the lesson free of charge. An alternative lesson will be scheduled at the earliest convenience of both parties.

5. Failure to Attend Lessons Within Six Months:
   As mentioned in the payment section, any unused lessons will expire after six months, and the student will need to arrange a new package or session. These lessons will not carry over or be credited beyond the six-month period.
