Payment & Scheduling
Payment Structure

Payments for chess lessons are due in advance.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and other major providers.
Package Pricing

Lesson packages must be used within three months from the purchase date.

After three months, unused lessons expire and cannot be carried over.

This policy ensures lesson content, pricing, and scheduling remain consistent with current availability.

If lessons are not taken within this timeframe, students must purchase a new package.
Lesson Scheduling

All lessons must be scheduled in advance using the designated booking system.

Students are responsible for being aware of their scheduled lessons and confirming their bookings.
Late Payment

Lessons will only proceed once full payment is received.

Any missed lessons due to delayed payment are the student’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility for Lessons
A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided one of the following applies:

The student is not satisfied with the lesson (must provide a reasonable and specific reason).

The coach (Eleyah) fails to attend the lesson without prior notice or legitimate cause.

Fraudulent or scam-related activity is proven.
Refund Process

Students must submit a clear explanation and any supporting details within 7 days of the transaction.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Missed Lessons

By Students: If a student misses a lesson without 24 hours’ notice, the lesson is charged in full.

By Coach (Eleyah): If the coach misses a lesson without notice or legitimate cause, the student will receive that lesson free of charge. A replacement lesson will be scheduled promptly.
Lesson Expiration

As outlined under Package Pricing, unused lessons expire after three months.

Expired lessons cannot be refunded, credited, or carried forward.
Digital Products (PGN Courses & Online Materials)

All digital products (such as PGN courses, video files, or downloadable materials) are non-refundable once delivered.

Because digital products can be stored, copied, or used immediately upon delivery, it is not possible to verify whether the customer retains the product after purchase.

Refunds will only be considered if:

The product was not delivered to the customer after successful payment.

The customer contacts the coach (Eleyah) promptly regarding non-delivery.
-
If the coach cannot deliver the product in a reasonable timeframe, the customer may proceed with their own refund request via the payment provider.

Agreement
By purchasing lessons, packages, or digital products from Coach Eleyah, students acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
